Global Metabolic Health Alliance (GMHA) – Terms & Conditions
1. Membership Overview
Membership in GMHA is intended for individuals and organisations interested in advancing metabolic health through collaboration, knowledge exchange, and engagement in relevant initiatives.
Membership is valid for a period of one (1) year from the date of approval, unless stated otherwise.
2. Eligibility & Approval
● Submission of an application does not guarantee membership
● GMHA reserves the right to review, approve, or decline applications at its discretion
● Members are expected to provide accurate and complete information
3. Nature of Membership
● Membership is non-transferable
● Membership does not constitute certification, licensure, or endorsement of professional credentials or practices
● Members may describe themselves as a “Member of GMHA”, but may not represent GMHA without prior authorization
4. Fees & Renewal
● Membership may be offered as complimentary during initial phases
● GMHA reserves the right to introduce or revise membership fees in the future
● Renewal terms and applicable fees will be communicated in advance
5. Member Engagement
● Participation in GMHA activities is voluntary
● Access to events, initiatives, or opportunities may vary
● GMHA does not guarantee participation in specific programs, roles, or activities
6. Code of Conduct
Members are expected to:
● Engage respectfully and professionally
● Support evidence-based and ethical practices
● Not misuse GMHA’s name, platform, or network
GMHA reserves the right to suspend or revoke membership in case of misconduct or misuse.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, materials, and communications shared by GMHA remain the intellectual property of GMHA unless otherwise specified and may not be reproduced without permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
GMHA shall not be liable for:
● Any direct or indirect loss arising from membership or participation
● Outcomes related to professional, clinical, or business decisions
9. Changes to Terms
GMHA reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued membership constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
